Install the odf-converter-integrator for Open Office 3.0.1 on Ubuntu 8.10
Step 1:
Go to http://katana.oooninja.com/w/odf-converter-integrator/download.
Step 2:
Download the Strawberry Edition of odf-converter-integrator to your desktop.
- odf-converter-integrator-strawberry_0.2.1-2_i386.deb
Step 3:
Go to terminal.
Step 4:
Change directory to desktop.
- cd /home/user name/Desktop/
- CAUTION: Enter the name of the root user that has permission to install new programs. Sudo access is required.
Step 5:
Install the odf-converter-integrator using the sudo command.
- sudo dpkg -i odf-converter-integrator-strawberry_0.2.1-2_i386.deb
Step 6:
ODF-Converter-Integrator has been successfully installed.
