Editor Comments — OpenOffice 3.2.1

Step 1:
You will see the editor's notes in the right-hand margin on your screen. Before removing the editor's notes, be sure that you have reviewed them and made all appropriate changes.

Step 2:
Right-click on the note you would like to remove and left-click Delete Comment.

Step 3:
Notice that the note is now removed.

Step 4:
To remove all editor notes, right-click on one of them and select Delete All Notes.
