Erica was raised in Illinois and earned a B.A. in English from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign. She then earned an M.A. in English from the University of Oregon in 2009. Recently, she taught college-level writing composition as an adjunct instructor. She also tutors ESOL to post-graduate students on a regular basis, and tutored preschool and school children at the Kumon Math and Reading Center in Champaign. She has edited literary criticism, research papers, reflection papers, proposals and both professional and academic application materials. As an editor, she eagerly looks forward to learning from writers and understanding more about the world through their papers.
