What are your hours of operation?
Papercheck offers live customer support between the hours of 8am and 6pm PST. During this time, you can reach a Papercheck customer representative who can answer your editing questions. After 6pm PST, you can consult our FAQ or submit a question through our support page.
You can submit documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Documents will be edited in real time, and returned within your selected turnaround time: 72, 48, 24, 10, 6, or 3 hours.
